We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read the information below carefully.

How to Delete Your Account

Option A – Inside the App

  1. Open the Totem Climbing Gym app.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap the menu icon (☰) to open Settings.
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  5. Type DELETE to confirm and follow the on-screen prompts.

Option B – Deep Link (opens the app directly)

If you have the app installed, tap the button below to go straight to the deletion screen:

Note: You must be logged in to your account to complete the deletion. If you are not logged in, the app will ask you to sign in first.
